Dr. Drora Pilpel, formerly the vice president of the Tel Aviv District Court, completed her legal studies in the Tel-Aviv branch of the Hebrew University, and her doctoral studies in Bielefeld University in Germany. Dr. Pilpel has published dozens of books and articles, has lectured in Tel Aviv University’s Law faculty, and currently lectures in the Carmel Academic Center, Bar Ilan University and the Ono Academic College.
