Come hear what people
are saying about us

“There is no doubt that establishment of the First Libra must be commended and that it is a pity that it was not founded earlier. The idea underlying its establishment is to grant an insolvent contractor company the choice, if it so desires, to submit a Fund financed claim and avoid a situation in which it waives justifiable claims, merely due to the lack of funds"
"The Fund is a positive addition. An objective review of the claim by the Fund’s experts
alongside the guarantee of full funding, provide the client with significantly improved odds
of success, and guarantees the attorney quality cases alongside adequate fees”"
Adv. Zvi Bar-Natan
"An engagement with the First Libra Fund and its evaluation process enables the plaintiff to
confidently address the courts in order to exercise his rights. Thus, the Fund supports the realization of justice in Israel"
Honorable (Ret.) Judge, Dr. Drora Pilpel
"The right of access to the courts is one of the most fundamental rights in any democratic regime. The Fund provides an opportunity to genuinely exercise this right, thus making a significant contribution to the individual rights and to the Israeli legal system"
