Professor Tzipora Cohen is a Professor (Emeritus) in the Bar Ilan University, a Professor in the Ono Academic College and heads the LL.M program in the Ono Academic College. Professor Cohen completed her legal studies in Tel Aviv University, and has lectured at the Tel Aviv and Bar Ilan Universities, the Netanya Academic College, Shaari Mishpat College and the Ono Academic College.
Professor Cohen served on the Board of Directors of the Poalim Bank, and has written books on corporate liquidation and the rights of shareholders, as well as many articles in the field of corporate law.
