James Irvine is the Head of Libra’s International Investment Committee. He is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and has more than 35 years' experience in private practice handling complex commercial disputes. In addition, he has wide experience of proceedings in many of the major common law jurisdictions, including the United States, as well as the European Union. Given the broad range of his practice James provides the fund with the experience to consider funding opportunities globally.
