Salim Joubran, formerly the Deputy President of the Supreme court, deputy president of the District Court of Haifa, justice in the Magistrate Court of Haifa. Judge Joubran headed the central elections committee for the 20th Parliament, was a member of the Judges Appointments Committee and lectured in the Haifa University Faculty of Law.
