Yehuda Zeft, formerly the Vice President of the Netanya Magistrate Court and the Tel Aviv District Court, completed his legal studies in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Since the establishment of the Administrative Court, Judge Zeft also acted as an Administrative judge and presided over administrative petitions. Following his retirement, Judge Zeft served as the chairman of the statutory committee tasked with approving the appointment of lawyers in governmental companies, as a member on the advisory board to the Minister of Justice on civil procedures and on the statutory committee tasked with setting goals for the Patent Authority.
